Purchase terms

These terms govern ordering, payment, delivery, complaints, and returns for products offered through the kupiknjigu.ba web shop.

Ordering

The customer orders products through the electronic cart and order form. A customer is any person who selects at least one product, enters the required delivery and contact information, and confirms the order.

Products are considered ordered when the customer selects and confirms the payment method. Prices are shown in convertible marks (BAM/KM). If VAT applies, it is included in the displayed price. Delivery costs, discounts, and the total amount payable are shown before the purchase is completed.

In case of a technical error, incorrectly displayed price, or product unavailability, Kupi Knjigu will contact the customer to agree on an order change, replacement, or cancellation.

Payment

Ordered products can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard® and Maestro® cards through Monri WebPay, in cooperation with UniCredit Bank. Payment is made in BAM/KM. If the card issuer keeps the account in another currency, conversion is performed according to the rules of the card organization and the issuing bank.

Card data is entered in the secure Monri environment. Kupi Knjigu does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive card data.

If other payment methods are offered at checkout, such as cash on delivery or bank transfer, the instructions shown when completing the order apply.

Accepted cards and security programs: Visa, Mastercard®, Maestro®, Mastercard® Identity Check™ and Visa Secure. Card payment is processed through Monri WebPay and UniCredit Bank.

Delivery

Ordered products are packed to be protected during normal transport. Delivery is made to the address entered by the customer in the order. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

After successful online payment or another valid payment method is confirmed, the order is prepared for dispatch as soon as possible, in line with product availability and the working hours of the delivery service.

When receiving the shipment, the customer should check for visible damage to the packaging. If the shipment is damaged, the delivery person should be notified immediately and Kupi Knjigu should be contacted at info@kupiknjigu.ba.

Complaints, returns, and refunds

Complaints can be sent to info@kupiknjigu.ba with the order number, a description of the issue and, where applicable, photos of the damage or incorrectly delivered product.

If a wrong or damaged product is delivered, after reviewing the complaint Kupi Knjigu will offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund in accordance with applicable regulations and the nature of the complaint.

For refunds of card payments, the refund is made through the same payment channel, via Monri and the bank, to the card or account used for the purchase. Refund processing time depends on the card issuer and card organization.

Copyright protection

The content and products offered on the website are protected by copyright and related rights. The customer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use purchased products without authorization or contrary to applicable regulations.

General provisions

Kupi Knjigu reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments apply from the moment they are published on the website. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered when placing an order.
