Kupi Knjigu and Connectum d.o.o. Sarajevo are committed to protecting customers’ personal data. We collect only the basic data needed to process orders, payments, delivery, complaints, customer support, and legal obligations.
Data we collect
Data may include first and last name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email address, order information, communication with customer support, and data needed for invoicing or complaint handling.
For card payments, Kupi Knjigu does not store card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive card data. Card data is entered and processed in the secure Monri WebPay environment.
Purpose of data use
We use data to confirm and deliver orders, process payment, communicate with the customer, resolve inquiries and complaints, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Marketing messages are sent only when there is appropriate consent or another lawful basis. The customer can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
Data access and confidentiality
All customer data is kept confidential and is available only to employees and authorized partners who need it to fulfill orders or legal obligations. Our employees and business partners are required to respect confidentiality and data protection principles.
Data may be shared with delivery services, payment service providers, IT providers and other processors only to the extent necessary to provide the service and with appropriate protective measures.
Customer rights
The customer may request information about the processing of their data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data where conditions are met, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent for marketing messages.
